Hi, I'm Effie.
Yoga came into my life in 2009 and since then it has been a living path of self-awareness, connection and inner evolution. I have completed the course of study 500 hours of Yoga Alliance as well as 100 ώρες Kids Yoga and I have more than 10 years of experience and 3500 teaching hours, guiding practitioners of all ages.
I teach Hatha yoga, Hatha flow, Sensit yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal yoga, Kids yoga, Baby yoga, Accessible yoga, yoga Nidra, Nada yoga and meditation, while guiding sound therapy sessions.
In 2025 I completed the four-year training in the method of somatic psychotherapy the Core Energetics, a holistic and innovative approach that works with all aspects of our being - body, emotions, mind, will and spirit. In my space I guide individual sessions, supporting deeper personal exploration and transformation.
At the same time, as health, wellness, exercise and longevity consultant, I offer my knowledge in a complementary way, empowering the person who intends to live a more conscious and fulfilled life.
I continue to evolve through selected seminars in yoga, mindfulness, somatics, ayurveda, sound therapy, psychotherapy, and my goal is to create a safe and welcoming space, where everyone can meet their Self, awaken their vital energy and cultivate a more balanced and meaningful life.

As a yoga teacher and Core Energetics practitioner, my approach is based on the belief that the body is our truest teacher. It carries memories, tensions, potential and wisdom - and when approached with respect, it can lead us to deep healing and inner harmony.
My teaching combines:
- conscious movement
- breathing that regulates and calms
- presence in the body
- softness and strength
- space for emotional expression and processing
- safe guidance without pressure or performance
I believe that yoga is not about the perfection of posture, but the authenticity of experience, through a practice that helps us to inhabit our bodies with more love, kindness and awareness.
Each class is a space where you can really listen to yourself, honor your body and connect with what sustains you, strengthens and calms you, connect with your core.
The events
NADIS
Nāḍīs (नाडिः) are the subtle energy channels through which vital energy (prana) flows.
If prāṇa is «electricity», nadis are the wires.
If prāṇa is the «river», the nadis are the beds of the river.
The word nadi comes from the Sanskrit root nad, which means «to flow», «to vibrate» or «to move». While modern anatomy focuses on nerves, veins and tissues, yogic anatomy looks at the flow of prāṇa-the vital force that animates the body, mind and consciousness.
Nāḍīs are not physical structures. They are subtle energy pathways that influence our vitality, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual experience. When the nadis are clear, the breath moves effortlessly, the mind feels light, and the body experiences harmony and ease. When they are blocked, we may feel “off”—in our mood, breathing, motivation, physical comfort, or emotional stability. The work we do through yoga, soundhealing and body psychotherapy naturally supports the purification of the nāḍīs. This allows prāṇa, the vital life force, to flow freely, enhancing the healing process and promoting balance, well-being, and emotional stability.
