Sound healing
Sound healing is a profound therapeutic practice with roots in ancient Greece, India, and Tibet, where healers, philosophers, mystics, and monks explored the power of sound to heal physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual conditions. Sound healing uses the vibration and frequency of sound to “clear” and restore the body and nervous system to a natural state of balance.
With the help of various therapeutic instruments such as singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, wind instruments, percussion, windchimes and others, sound travels through the body like a wave that clears and eases tension, unblocks the flow of energy, and creates space for an internally renewed existence.
Sound has the power to:
-
• Calm the nervous system
-
• Reduce stress and mental overactivity
-
• Ease muscular pain and tension
-
• Improve sleep quality
-
• Bring a sense of grounding, clarity, and well-being
-
• Open the way to deeper states of meditation
As the vibrations of the instruments “travel” through the body, a natural self-healing mechanism is activated. Breathing slows down, thoughts settle, and space is created for relief, rest, and regeneration — both in body and soul.
Sound healing acts like a sonic embrace, an invitation to release what weighs you down and surrender, returning to a state of inner peace.
It is ideal for those seeking:
-
• Deep relaxation
-
• Release of tension and stress
-
• Increased energy and vitality
-
• A more meditative, therapeutic experience
-
• Connection with their inner world
In each session, a safe and supportive space is created, where sound becomes a tool for healing, transformation, and returning to the self.
The sound healing sessions are guided in collaboration with my partner and fellow traveler, Dimitris Albandakis. Together, we share our knowledge in music, energy therapies, psychology, and esotericism, creating our own unique rhythmic, sonic, and therapeutic harmony. Each session is a distinct cosmic journey, exploring both inwardly and outwardly. Our intention is that all participants in this journey transcend the boundaries of the ego and make space for the highest expression of the self—the one connected with the Whole, the One, and the primal Source.
