Awakening the Inner Flame – a Women’s Retreat in Greece

Under the Greek sun and moon, surrounded by the whispers of the sea and the timeless breath of the mountains, in the beautiful and serene landscapes of east Peloponnese, we gather together as women — seekers, dreamers, keepers, creators.
The days around Spring Equinox are blessed moments of equality, balance and renewal, where the melting of the ice transmutes into the flame of early spring, representing the symbolic cycle of death and rebirth on Mother Earth.
With love, vision and devotion, we created this sacred retreat as a refuge for women who wish to exhale what has been, to shed old layers, to find again their inner power.

Through intuitive movement, yoga, Core Energetics and free expression, we will reconnect with our body’s wisdom —
the ancient pulse that knows when to rest, when to rise, and when to bloom again.
Together we will move, breathe, and remember.
We will awaken the energy that has been dormant through the winter, allowing it to spiral through the body like sunlight meeting water — cleansing, nourishing, reawakening life.

By combining the elements of earth, water and fire, we will ground and rise, melt and ignite, having the chance to realign with our body-mind-spirit’s true essence, which is pure and unchanging.
Each day we will weave together practices that bridge the sacred and the embodied, inviting us into deeper contact with our source.
In the safety of sisterhood, our body can remember its natural rhythm, our heart can rest, our spirit can once again rise into its full radiance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The venue of Sampatiki Suites & Spa is 220km from Athens traveling in the south east of Peloponnese, and lies between the Myrtle sea and mount Parnonas. We will have the unique chance to have full privacy in using the accommodation areas, plus the SPA treatments (jacuzzi and sauna for free, massage treatments on demand) , which means that we will have a safe and comfortable nest to host our full range of expressions.

After 20/12, the price will be 750 euro
(For those who prefer more comfort and privacy, single rooms are available at an additional cost.)

Cancellations made on or before January 19th, 2026 are eligible for a refund of 2 installment made.
Cancellations made after January 19th, 2026 are eligible for a refund of 3 installment made. 1 and 2 instalments will be retained as a cancellation fee.

About Effie Korpou
Effie is a visionary embodiment guide, dedicated to the yogic path and life itself. She is a registered yoga teacher and wellness coach since 2015, with more than 1000 hours of yogic studies, and countless hours of personal practice and guiding classes.
She teaches hatha, vinyasa, sensit yoga, somatics, nidra yoga, meditation, guides sound healing journeys and facilitates empowering circles. She is also a Core Energetics practitioner, having completed the four year training program in Greece and running personal sessions. With her new brand “Healing Nadis” yoga & therapies, she offers a safe space and true presence for people who are looking for a deeper connection with themselves.

About Kasia Frantz
Kasia is a Core Energetics somatic therapist, trauma therapist and transformational leader devoted to awakening authenticity and vitality in people and organizations.
For many years she worked in leadership and human development — guiding teams, building cultures of trust, and leading change across international environments. Today, she continues to support businesses as a conscious change leader, while dedicating her heart to women’s awakening.
Through her project Your Core and numerous women’s circles & development groups, Kasia accompanies women — especially founders, leaders, and creators — who are ready to lead from presence rather than pressure.
Her work weaves together Core Energetics, body awareness, breath, and movement, opening a path toward embodied leadership of the heart — one that unites strength with softness, clarity with compassion, and purpose with soul.
As a mother of two daughters, Kasia walks the path of womanhood with devotion and humility, continually rediscovering the balance between giving and receiving, action and stillness.
